Will all these symptoms be Anxiety related?

I've being suffering back pain since february. So far I have seing an internist, neurologist, rheumatologist and chiropractor. Symptos have worsen over this last monts. Numbness in hands, cramps in legs, pins and needles everywhere, and lately a shooting pain (like electric shocks) in legs back and head.

Lumbar and head MRI's have being negative. Only my reumathologist told me that the only thing he can see on my test is a little "tear and wear" of my back. Am thinking about this 24/7 and its driving me crazy. Has anyone here being diagnosted with anxiety having similar symptoms.

Am trying to deal with the anxiety but the wort I feel the more difficult it is for me to relax and not think about it.

Have you ever tried those cold/hot patches on your back?  Have you tried a chiropractor?  Or a massage (not one of those sleazy ones)?  The muscles in your back can "seize" up and be extremely painful.

You are making the situation a lot worse by thinking about it more. Easy for me to say. I am aware of that. But we have all done it in the past. Focused on something or other and felt the worse for doing so. Back pain can be anxiety related, You would be so tensed up and stressed. Bit like contracting all your muscles together and living your every second that way. That can bring various aches and pains. One we tend to make worse ourselves by thinking they are something far worse. Try relaxing a little bit. Taking your mind off your back for a while. Again, easier said than done. But I am sure the pain would ease somewhat.
