She complains that when she wake up in morning feel heavy ness in head and when she walk little mean starting moving body a feelings of burning sensation started in whole body and after that that feeling of burning remains continue in some part of body like arms etc. That burning sensation travels also in different parts of body in different times i.e. in arms, chest, head, back, shoulder and neck.

She tight that place with rope or masking tape etc and that feeling stay in that place for few days and passed on some other place later some period. We have consulted many doctors i.e. Medical Specialist, Skin Specialist, Asthma Specialist, Neurosurgeon and Psychiatrist etc they all failed to diagnose.

Hi. I have been under tremendous stress for the past 2 months. About 3 weeks ago, I experienced my first anxiety attack. With it came the burning sensations.  They were on my shoulders,  the arm that I was laying on and back. I thought it might have to do with my fear, so I made myself calm down. After the attack, they subsided. However, I am still stressed everyday, and for no reason that I can think of, I will feel something in one or sometimes both arms that feels like a burning or a pinching. It is very weird! I am trying to learn more about anxiety and it's symptoms and the treatment. The important thing to know (if it is from anxiety) is to not be afraid of it. This is all mental and behavioural. It's hard to do, but it is the only way. Obsessing over it, just makes it worse.
Hope I helped-

I also get burning sensations in my face, neck, chest, and back. My doctor said that it was something I was alergic to. I am not sure yet if thats is 100% true, but when I changed my laundry soap it got better, until I had a panic attack to day. When I called my doctor she said that panic attacks can mimic things that scare you. My panic attacks started when I started getting the burning, so maybe she is right. Has she changed soaps lately?

Sounds serious. If all those specialists were not able to help, I'm not sure what you will learn from people on this forum. But try putting your post on the "Ask a Doctor" forum and see what happens there.
