Thank yall again I will try my best to find help as soon as I can. Again thank yall so so much just having people who understands helps more than you know!!!!!
You can feel fine again, don't doubt that. Seek help, don't be slow to do that, no shame in asking for it. It's wonderful to get rid of anxiety/depression, no matter which route you take. Be sure you understand the side-effects as well as the benefits of any meds. you may be advised to take. If you go for drugs you must take the bad with the good. When not in control of our brains it's very frightening (as you know), but it's not permanent. There are no instant cures ~ patience is required. Try to avoid dwelling on the negative side of your life & stay active if you can. Your future's not bleak, believe that & you will get better. Good Luck!
Thank you so much. That really helped a lot. I don't have people in my life that I can really talk to.
Hi. Often our anxiety can lead to an obcessive worry over our health and that there are things wrong with us, but you have ruled out all other causes so why not see a psychiatrist and either rule anxiety in or out? Anxiety can cause some mind boggling symptoms and this is why we become convinced that there has to be more to it. These worries and fears only fuel our anxiety and creates even more symptoms as a result. It's a vicious cycle which can only be broken by easing the worry and fear.
Please don't get hung up on thinking that you should be able to handle this on your own because we often can't and that's okay. Anxiety can have a root cause which is usually a traumatic event from our past which we never truly dealt with....and may have even forgotten about. It eventually comes back in the form of anxiety and/or depression demanding to be dealt with, and this is where therapy plays such an important role. If yours has a root cause, once you learn what that is...you can deal with it...ease your anxiety and move on. Meet with a psychiatrist for an evaluation and so he can refer you to the proper therapist for help. If at any time he and you feel medication would help while you go thru therapy....he is the most knowledgable with the types of medications used to treat our symptoms. If you were diagnosed with something like diabetes....you wouldn't think twice about taking medication to control it....and anxiety is no different. You're young and have a life waiting for you, don't allow anxiety to hold you back you don't want to miss a moment of it! You owe it to yourself to do what is needed to get yourself to a better place. I think years ago there were a lot of unhappy people who lived their entire lives suffering in silence because so little was known about anxiety and depression. We're very fortunate to have specialists who are educated in this and can now help us overcome anxiety and depression. You have ruled out all other causes...why not do what is necessary to rule anxiety out....or in? Life's short and you don't want to wake up an old person one day wondering where the years went....you will have worried them away. I know you can do this and wish you all the best! We're always here for you to talk, vent or just share. Take care...
