Hello and welcome! I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with anxiety so much.
Since you didn't give a whole lot of history, I browsed through you other posts to try to find out more about you and your anxiety. I see from this thread you started that you've been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.:

If you could elaborate a little bit about your history, when you were diagnosed with bipolar, and what your treatment has consisted of, that would be great. That would enable us to help you a little better.
Bipolar is one mental illness that usually requires medication to keep it managed, otherwise, a lot of secondary issues can arise. I know that you feel frustrated with feeling like you "have to" take a medication, I can understand that. I'm wondering if that feeling has maybe led you to not be as compliant with your medication regimen as you should be? What meds are you on now? Any other issues, like alcohol or substance abuse problems? Do you take any other medications, or do you have any other medical problems? How old are you? What's been your experience with therapy? You state it doesn't work, how long were you in therapy, and how frequent were your sessions? How about your social history, are you married? Children? Who makes up your support system?
I hope to see you reply with some more information, so we can help you out. If anything, know that you're not alone, you're among people who understand how tough it is to live with anxiety every day.
Hang in there.
