hey I have same problem.
start having double vision 3 years ago, searched for everything, brain MR, antibodies, hormones, everything clear. It lasted for a 6 months. for next 2 years I was ok, and it started again 2 months ago. I have some head position when I can see normal picture, but its causing muscle pain in my neck and back... :(
I can live with this, but would like to know whats causing it.
And then you mentioned anxiety... I was diagnosed F 40.0 or 9, not sure, week ago. I start having panic attacks month ago...all the classic symptoms... I'm still not using any drugs.
Anyhow you are the first one with diplopia and anxiety, and I would like to believe that these 2 things are connected.
Pls if you want contact me on ***@****

I am indeed diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, Panic Disorder, PSTD, and Depersonalization disorder.....
Namaste,
You didn't mention whether you are being treated for anxiety or another disorder.
I seriously doubt you ave a brain tumor. We often think that when something related to the head is involved.
I know I have double vision ocassionally due to my medication and although bothersome, it's something I've learned to live with.
Let us know more about your history and we may be better able to provide some advice.
