I was injected with a random substance

I stupidly visited a brothel while I was drunk. Long story short, I believe the girl injected me near the base of my penis while she was on top of me. Reason being, she was facing away from me and I remember feeling pain/prick near the base of my penis. I thought this was just because of the way she was sitting on me. She paused at the top and there was pain near the base. There is a track mark near the base of my penis now. So, I am 99% sure I've been poisoned.

What could she have possibly put inside of me?

I've been feeling very ill and not myself for the past year since the incident. I've been to the doctors and have been tested for MRI and STDs. I do not have any STDs, HIV/AIDS, none of the above. All of my tests came back normal.
Someone please help me

In all sincerity, this is highly unlikely.  There would be of no benefit to them to do it.  I'm sorry you are going through a rough time but this scenario is likely a fragment of your anxious mind.  Talk to your doctor about anxiety.  good luck

Hello~I agree with the other poster, what you are experiencing is probably anxiety, I would see a doctor about it and ask for some help.

An injection would be very painful as substance is injected, not just a prick feeling. What did the doctor say about what you consider to be a track mark?
It was painful. I was yelling “ow, ow, ow “ for about 4-5 seconds. But I thought it was just the way she was sitting on me. I haven’t shown the doctor my track mark. They told me if I were injected with a powerful substance then the area would be swollen and it would have been obvious.
This is a hard story to follow from here and you should talk to your doctor about the track marks. The doctors have told you that you weren't injected, so from here it seems you made a misrepresentation claiming earlier that you have a track mark proving you were injected. You should see a therapist who can help you with your fixation that people are out to get you to the point that you make up facts about track marks that doctors say can't be correct.
I'm not sure the info about injections is correct -- how painful they are depends on what it is that's being injected because it depends on how far in the needle goes.  Track marks go away pretty soon, but there would be some kind of bruise and your doctor would have seen it.  Look, I don't know what happened, but unless you're some master criminal or a spy why would someone waste money and time injecting you with something?  Looked at from a distance, and you can do this, this is, as stated above, absurd.  If you can't look at it from afar, you really do need to seek mental health treatment and soon.  I hope you do.
He said the docs told him there would be a bruise so they already dismissed his idea that he was injected. It seems like a muscle got pinched for a second or something like that and he came up with the wrong conclusion.
I don't disagree, Anxious -- I was just making a point for someone else so they aren't frightened of injections -- some hurt because the needle needs to go in pretty far, but otherwise most of them you don't feel at all hardly.  That was all I was saying.  I agree with your point about this person, didn't mean to imply otherwise.  If I did, sorry about that.
I was just giving the background in case you missed it, so we are and were all good.
When I visited the brothel, it was in Korea. I told the escort I was from America. Maybe this brings in a new signal for them. I don't know. I'm not the one to be over-analyzing situations but this one really freaks me out and no one believes me. I just want my normal life back. I should have never felt so much pain that night.
But it really doesn't matter objectively.  What does matter is how much you're obsessing over it.  Those who skydive have a greater chance of falling than those who don't, if you get my drift.  If you're a person who gets stressed obsessively a lot, then that's the problem, and changes in your lifestyle and some professional help might benefit you.  If it's just this one thing and not anything else in your life, sometimes we just have and experience that really eats at us, but over time it goes away and the docs say you're fine.  I guess you'll know in time one way or another, but obsessing over it will just make you suffer more.
Again, this is a major what if scenario that holds little to no validity and sounds psychological in nature.  Talk to your doctor about how to overcome anxiety and you may find the incident less intrusive in your life and be able to move on.  Otherwise, your worry and anxiety is a vicious cycle you will not recover from.  You were not poisoned.  Get some help for your psychiatric issues.  Good luck

In all seriousness, I'd look into anxiety.  Why would someone at the brothel you were visiting inject something to poison you?  You are a customer.  They want you to come back as that is how they earn their money. They want you to recommend them to others as that is how they earn their money.  So, of what benefit would it be to inject you with some unknown substance?  This is HIGHLY unlikely.  I would guess your symptoms are psychosomatic and a doctor specializing in this and anxiety would be best to help you overcome it.  good luck

Do you remember how you felt afterwards? Did you get any symptoms from the injection?
My suggestion is that she might have injected a drug like edex which is similar to viagra, but that does not explain why you feel ill right now since I suppose this drug would be gone from your body now.

I recommend going in for additional testing like a blood test if you haven’t already, this injection might not be the cause of you feeling ill but it’s hard for me to say. (Some substances have higher Lipophilicity and that makes it harder for you to get out of your body while other substances you pee out with ease!)

If no doctor can find anything wrong then it may be something curable with a good diet, good amount of sleep and good mental health!

I remember trying to go to sleep that night and every time I would close my eyes I would see very lucid “shadow people”. It was the first time it has happened to me and it felt like I was drugged. Then the day after I woke up feeling very ill. But, this illness was something I’ve never felt in all my 25 years I’ve been living. It felt like the flu but as if something was invading my body and I’ve felt different ever since.
