Breakthrough anxiety is possible with any med. You didn't say what dose you were on, but if this is the first time in two months that you've felt any anxiety, you might want to let your doctor know...........hopefully he/she will recommend that you wait and see if this keeps happening before they up your dose. This could just be a fluke and why take more medication than you absolutely have to?
Are these symptoms you described "normal" for the anxiey you felt before you went on the Zoloft? If not, it's possible that you're just getting a cold or a URI.
I'd say talk with your doctor just to put your mind at rest.

hi i cant really help you cause i dont take meds like yours but i dont want you to feel alone, i have been prescribed zoloft but never dared to take it cause meds scare me. what dose are you on? maybe your dose needs upping? when my doc prescribed them she said once they were in my system the dose would need increasing.
i do take beta-blockers and they stopped my panic attacks but every now and again i still have one even though im still on the beta-blockers. so yeah although meds help they arent a miracle cure (thats what i believe anyway) are you having any therapy? i find that really helpful cause once you understand the anxiety circle and learn to break it you have really cracked it
hope i was some help
