Is the anxiety back??!!

Here is a brief background.  I am 31 yr. old female with 3 children, I also work a full-time job.  Back in 2006/2007 I was diagnosed with High Blood pressure which in return I started having panic attacks and anxiety which turned into agoraphobia(sp?).  I found out 3/2007 I was pregnant and is seemed like my anxity issues went away......well now for the past week it seems things are coming back!!  I went to the doc. for follow up and was given BP medication once again.  Now, I seem like Im always on edge, my hands get sweaty, I feel like there is something horribly wrong with me.....lightheaded and uneasy!  Is it possible for it to come back again??  I did go see a therapist for an initial appt. yesterday and she said my symptoms are the exact same as back in 2006/2007!!  Why would it come back now and all the sudden??!!  Please help!!

I dont know for sure if it is the reason but I think that stress seems to make me have more anxiety then when I do when Im not stressed. So Im only speaking from my own experiance dealing with anxiety. Plus I think the anxiety is one of those things that can be managed but I dont know if it ever is completely gone even when we go through times without symptoms. Maybe ask a doctor about anxiety.

Sorry about losing your father. Anniversities are really hard times to deal with as well.

Im not really sure why its came back I have been stressed with my kids, work and dealing with my health but just everyday things.  I also know in September of 2010 I lost my father and I did have that anniversary date this September so I dont know if that could be some of the reason.

I dont know the reason why or anything but I think its possible for anxiety symptoms to come back. If they are then I dont know why. Just anxiety is a hard thing and some people have symptoms a lot and others can be symptom free for awhile. Thats good you talked to your t about this. Did you ask if he or she knew why it came back. Have you been more stressed lately or anything? In my experiance I think that sometimes stress can make my anxiety worse.
