Is this just anxiety or a serious problem?

About a year ago, I started having clogged ears and wasn't able to hear as clearly as I used to. I got them examined from the outside, but nothing was found, so I decided to just forget it because it wasn't that bad. For the past two months, I started to develop minor vertigo. I thought this was probably related to my generalized anxiety disorder. More recently I have sort of developed a mental fog and some short-term memory problems and occasional (about every three days) headaches which I never used to get. I know I probably sound extremely paranoid, but about every four days I have to clean my shower drain cover because there is hair clogging it up (I shower everyday). I am a 20 year old male.

So do you think I have a serious health problem? Could it just be my anxiety? I looked up my symptoms and I think I might have a vitamin B12 deficiency.

I would say you sound fine to me; nothing that a little shallow breathing,  strained muscles, and compressed nerves can't cause.

I forgot to mention that I also have tingling sensations in my hands almost everyday.
