Is nausea is your only symptom of "anxiety?" Do you feel anxious on that constant of a basis? Do you find yourself avoiding things because of irrational fears? Because if you don't feel anxious, you aren't. The problem lies elsewhere. I would personally not take any antidepressant or other medication for anxiety if this was the only problem I had, if my life were not severely hampered by my anxiety. Drugs have their own problems. I might see a therapist if I thought this was anxiety, and further the learning you have already started by learning that if you think other thoughts you don't feel anxious. If therapy or some other way of dealing with this, possibly by taking natural supplements, doesn't work, then you might consider medication. By the way, is there any chance you started a new multivitamin at the time your nausea started? Some that contain certain minerals in not very well absorbed forms can cause nausea, but it's usually relieved by eating.
