Over excitement

i fell teh same problem,even while having simple coversation,i feel i am geting over excited,not sure why?.i can feel the same if i am going to watch a movie of my favoirte star etc,,it seems that the things i loved,enjoyed..i am not able to enjoy becuase of over excitement***

What exactly do you mean by overexcitement?  Do you mean anxiety?  Stress?  Getting hyper?  Have you seen your doc to see if something like hormonal problems or blood sugar problems are arising?
