Possible anxiety, please help.

Ok First of all thank you for taking the time out of your day to help me and I really really appreicate cos this is really scaring me right now.

Ok it all started last thursday, 9th september, I woke up feeling very hot, not sweating but pretty hot as well as having a sharp pain in my heart region and my left sholder, I didnt think much of it and lied on my back it the pains soon went away. Later that day, around 3-4 in the afternoon the pain in my heart came back and I also had symptoms similar to a cold or flu, feeling drained of energy, tired, sore throat but I knew I didnt have either a cold/flu.
The same symptoms lasted up until sunday, when I woke up I felt pretty good, like myself but again around 5 o'clock the pain in my heart came back and lasted monday as well.
On early tuesday morning, about 2 am, I was in bed and my legs started shaking like muscle spasms and then this started happeing over my entire body which really scared so I called an ambulance and they came out and checked my heart with an EKG and they said there isnt anything there that raises concerns but they did say my blood pressure was quite high for my age and I told them what was happening to me and they also said it sounds like anxiety.

After that the symptoms pretty much went away and now the pains have sorted of come back but they are not as bad. I also went to my doctors who checked my heart and lungs and said they looked and sounded fine.

I do believe I know, if it is anxiety what my be causing this, that it is to do with my dad. We have known that my dad may possibly have angina which we didnt know at the time and when he had these attacks they terrified me really badly and I'm constantly worriying about him like every day so I dont know if that may be causing this.

Also we recently moved from a town I was born and lived in my entire life so moving away I'm basically leaving all my friends and family behind and I now live about 2 hours away from them and I've read that major life style changes can bring these sort of things on.

Again I'm really really sorry about the length of this message and I do truely appreciate any response.
Just please leave your opinions on what you think this may be or if you too are having similar problems. Thanks

These spasms and heart issues, as well as anxiety, can be from a magnesium deficiency.  Just do some google research on the matter.

Some of the safer and more effective forms of magnesium include: Taurate, Glycinate, and Citrate (latter can be laxitative, so take with food).  I'm also reading good things about Magnesium Orotate.
