Anybody try Rescue Remedy? How about Nerve Tonic? They're all natural, fast, no side-effects, non-habit forming and worked GREAT for me! I used to take Xanax (for anxiety/panic), and have found these products to be very effective (and safe)! You can buy these at Fred Meyer in the health foods section. Rescue Remedy is in a yellow box. Nerve Tonic in a blue and white box. Obviously, I had a hard time spotting them on the shelf... ;)
Before you lose all hope, try them out! You are welcome to consult with your doctor if you have any questions.
Rescue Remedy or "Bach 5 Flower Essences" comes in liquid drops or spray form. You cannot overdose on this product. The suggested dose is 4 drops into any liquid beverage, or 2 sprays directly onto the tongue. But you may use as much as you want. Bach makes alcohol and non-alcohol containing products. Keep it on you in your purse, or, if you're a guy... wherever! Used to relieve anxiety, simple to major stress, irrational thoughts and fears, shock, trauma, etc. etc. etc.... basically, it's a brilliant product!

Nerve Tonic comes in dissolvable tablets or caplet form, which is what I prefer. It's 100% completely natural. Non-habit forming. It is great to take before bed, and everyday, for that matter. When taken regularly, it "can" reduce stress on the cellular level. It's a very small bottle to carry around... very convenient.

I have many other suggestions about therapy, journaling, reading, walks in nature, meditation, reiki healing, massage, acupuncture, teas. Just thought I would share these two with you. Remember to clear yourself of any possible underlying medical illness, as anxiety can be a result. Get general health, blood levels, thyroid, vision, spine, hearing and sinuses checked out. Including dental. Remember that patience, and conscious effort are the best tools to win the fight.... ;) Therapy is highly recommended for coping, until you learn how to cope with your emotional frustrations on your own....
Good Love & Good Luck!
