Thats exactly the feeling! It's aweful I was scared something was wrong with me, but I finally got to sleep and it's only happened once since then.
Yeah that use to happen to me... Like.. When you're about to drift to sleep you're hit by adrenaline and you just get up fast gasping for air... Kind of like how the movies make people wake up from nightmares >.< and it happens when I'm about to drift to sleep so when this happens I'm like very tired so my vision is squished and blurry on me... :0 it ***** ha
That's very true! i have managed to convince myself if i was actually sick my doctor would have found it :) so i now know there is nothing wrong with my phsyically :D
The anxiety still creeps up on me but im managing it, rather than worrying about it im dealing with it, im recognising it for what it is, something that can not hurt me, it's just telling me i have to slow down and re-evaluate how i deal with things. My ahces and pains are exactly that, just aches and pains. :)
I know. Im dealing with the same. But really think, any person who is sick dont manage to stick around this long without finding out whats bothering them. I always know now when its comming. You are not active enough, your brain is tho! You have replaced you everyday life with thinking about this!:) and has it helped you anyhow until now to worry about it? No. It cant help you need to let it rest:) and you must NOT fight it. There is NO fight:) it is really unplesant but when it comes just let it be there but dont give it attention. Actually nothing is happening with your body it just feels like it cause of the fear and again fear is a feeling and feelings has never hurted anyone. And you should be busy with life, clothes, boys, men, other stuff then that vecause now you are just spending alot of time on something thats is YOU its who you are a person with emotions and feelings is has allways been there just that earlier you didnt Feel after it. You didnt explore it and now that you feel all the bones muscles nerves you think its something new. If you have sleeping problems ever try avena sativa 45drops in a glass of wather before sleep, never use medications its not neccessary!:)

Seems just when I think I'm getting ahold of this and stop being afraid of my symptoms it throws something else at me and a whole lot of new symptoms to be scared of
These are just feelings its not real its just fear playing you a trick and making it bigger then it is. Dont be afraid of those feelings feelings have never hurt anyone . :) ive had the same . You need to be more active fisicaly and less physicaly.
