Has your psychiatrist not given you anything for the panic or are you saying they have but it's not working? If it's not helping, I would certainly discuss trying something different.
Have you seen a rheumatologist for the "all over" pain? Have they ruled out arthritis and fibromyalgia?
I wish I had an answer for you, some idea of where to turn next, but it seems you've tried everything. The only thing I can think of is getting second opinions, but you've no doubt thought of that yourself.
Perhaps it's time to try a new approach and see a Naturopath? Someone who treats your whole mind and body, not just one small area.
I can't begin to imagine your frustration and hopefully someone else on this forum can be more helpful.

Just don't give up! Somebody out there has an answer for you.

I'm anemic. No one has been able to find out why. I have been to 2 different GI specialists. A hematologist. I also developed pain everywhere about 8 months ago. In all my muscles and joints. I have been to many specialists for that. X rays showed tendinitis on rotator cuff and tendinitis on hip with bursitis. Degenerative disk disease in back herniated disk. But it doesn't explain the pain everywhere else. I have been on iron pills for a year now. B12 and folic acid. There are more problems I have physically but it would be a lot of typing I have a counselor and phychiatrist. I'm just at the end of my rope with the panic. Seems nothing helps.
Are you being treated for your panic disorder and depression?
I understand how frustrating it is when you know something is wrong but the doctors can't figure it out. It's very scary and does nothing but exacerbate your panic and depression.
Can you tell us what some of your symptoms are and maybe we can help steer you to the right specialist.........which your current doctors should have been doing.
While you are waiting for a physical diagnosis, get a referral to a psychologist to help with the panic and depression.
And maybe you should consult a new doctor for a second opinion! From what you've said, it sounds like you're slipping through the cracks.
Do you have anyone to help you through this? Friends or family who can be an advocate for you? If so, please call on them for help with this.
None of us wants to end up in the hospital, but you must give some thought that that might be the one place you'll get the help you need.
If this situation gets worse, have someone take you to the ER.
And you can always reach us here!
Please tell us what your symptoms are.......we can start from there.
And do not give up..........there IS an answer, we just have to find you the answer!
