HI again!
It COULD be anxiety! From what I recall, you've had a thorough medical work up recently, right? Any new meds? Your sugars have been decent, so that's not the culprit. Anything else going on?
What have you been doing to address the anxiety?
my allergies do that and lack of sleep.
I always have those feelings, you just learn that it's normal and once you calm yourself down it will slowly go away, then even when it comes back it won't be as severe or it may be. You never know bur you DON'T have a serious medical problem, If you did you would know trust me, this is all worry :)
I would like to piggyback on what nursegirl asked. I ask the same question to many people here in this forum. Are you able to address and confront your anxiety? There are many avenues one can take but the most helpful steps I have taken is through counseling. Both group and individual has helped me tremendously in learning about it and confronting it.
I am in counseling. But I'm not able to meet but like every two weeks! I'm nervous to try medication for anxiety but if I get too hype up I will take benadryl, but that's rare!! I just hate that I always feel like something is wrong, some days are better than others....
Yes Ive had blood work done a few different times but nothing more. I'm not on any new mess just the same two that I have been on. I go to counseling for my anxiety, I'm petrified of medications.....
