Definitely sounds like my anxiety when it's untreated. I get a lot of burning in my chest and arms, usually at the onset of an acute attack. The only thing that helps me when I'm having an anxiety attack is to pace, sometimes even in circles LOL. I usually would pace or use the exercise bike and music. This sounds stupid but I would pace in a circle with my eyes closed and concentrate on my feet. Usually I would get myself to a better place, but still have that lingering discomfort. I, too used all the tools, but finally accepted that I needed more. I take Celexa and a small dose of klonopin to keep the anxiety at bay. I am comfortable 98% of the time and I'm hoping you will talk to your doctor and keep fighting until your there. Good luck.
Had multiple medical and psyche evals - no drugs and am doing all the normal anxiety recovery tools
It sounds clear to me that you need both a medical evaluation and a pschc eval. It could be generalized anxiety disorder. Are you using any drugs, alcohol?
What do you mean burning all over?
only about how sick I am and sleep about 4 hours
Hell - shaking - agitation burning all over scared of everything
Are you ruminating - worrying and worrying? Are you able to sleep at night? Can you describe what you mean by "total hell"?
