Floaters/black spots/misty vision didn't hit me till I was around 75, so you seem a little young to have them, but am told that it's not too abnormal. Best thing's to get an eye check up, no reason not to & it will let you know if you have a real problem or not. Why hesitate? We all differ in lots of ways, so you'll probably find there's nothing to lose sleep over. Best wishes.
The little spots in your vision are called "floaters" and we all have them. Sometimes we see them more than others, especially if we're looking at a bright background, but nothing to worry about. The light flashes can mean a tear in the retina, or it may be an "opthalmic migraine" or a migraine without the headache. If you continue to see the bright flashes or your floaters become larger, see an eye doctor. Take care.
It could be normal yes, lots of people have it but to be sure have it checked out by a doc.Lily
