anxiety symptoms?

please tell me your anxiety symptoms......

i feel like im constantly dizzy/lightheaded, sweaty palms and feet, seems like im ALWAYS thinking about how i feel or what symptom im having

are these all related to anxiety?.........

what do you to calm down? therpay?meds?hypnosis?

Numbness in my face, tightness in my chest, pounding heart, spike in blood pressure, dizziness, feeling of throat swelling, tightness in arm, nausea, feeling like I am going to die, crying, headache, etc. I am happy to say that I do not experience all these symptoms at one time, but these are all part of the mix.

Anxiety can come in many differed forms as you can see from everyone's answers. My symptoms are racing thoughts, tightness in chest, racing heart, dizziness, and shortness of breath.

Very likely whats happening to you is bad anxiety, and i feel for you mate, I'm up awake, unable to sleep, with a bucket load of pain and irritability,Horrible bad headache (or migraine) tingling legs...not a happy bunny.

Hey I get. Hot flushes,spaced out feelings constantly,headaches,sweats and constantly thinking there's something bad and I've been told its all linked to anxiety so I think so x
