I have been on paxil for about 2 months now, and have had no appetiite nor cant keep anything in my system...I have also been very out of it...I have stopped taking it a few days ago and now cant move...now for the good part of the day also developed a serious migrane headach...should I go to the ER?

i would ask the doctor to get you off the paxil. only than that you should need to go to the ER

Never stop any SSRI cold turkey. Since these drugs are non-addictive people assume that you can stop and start very quickly. See your doctor and explain what you did. Perhaps he can prescribe something to take the edge off.
