Namaste,
I agree with nursegirl6572. She usually, as she has here, given you good advice.
I just wanted to mention, however, that there are programs, some supported by manufacturers, that help people with low income and/or no insurance to obtain medications at little or no cost. Go to either or both of these websites for more information:

I hope you have succcess with any new medication(s) you may need and wish you the best.

Honestly....I know this is all pretty tough without insurance...but my advice to you is to get in to see a doctor as soon as you can (you can start with a general practioner/family doctor)...explain your past history and the medication you were on. Obviously, you will also need to discuss cost being an issue without insurance. I can tell you from first hand experience that Lexapro is a very pricey medication...and there ARE other options out there that would be more cost effective for you. But, you need to be evaluated first.
You said you "got" 30 pills of Lexapro....unless I'm reading it incorrectly....it seems that you didn't procure these from a physician, and that is worrisome. If that IS the case....please re-consider and be followed by a physician. It is so important.
Also, you should NOT stop your other medication abruptly, even with a switch...usually a gradual taper off the medication is still advised.
Good luck.
