Thank you

THAT is my main problem when it comes to anxiety. I searched for years to find a name for it even though this name is not recognized in medical dictionary yet.

I have that 24/7. Not severe any more but still bothersome.

besides yoga, is there anything else to help? Are my nerves damaged? Any natural products to use?

Thanks

Look this word up in the wikipedia, your answer lies there within. It says that chronic anxiety can cause muscle cramps (from tensing up) and that muscle cramps can be a cause of paresthesia(pins and needles) Us worriers have to learn relaxation technics, yoga is an excellent one! Have an awesome day-aheart:)
