Don't worry, you will be fine. Just really try to keep on schedule for the next month and once it is completely in your system, the odd time you take it late won't matter. It's just a good idea to keep it on schedule so you don't forget completely one day or think that you have taken it when you haven't. I wear a watch that has two alarms and I set it for my morning meds and my evening meds. This way, I rarely miss my appointed pill taking time. I know this kind of watch isn't the most attractive but it does the trick for me and that's all that matters.
Been taking it for maybe 2 weeks, i dont know exactly. but it hasnt been over a month
Ditto to what Jikan said especially if you have been taking this medication for over a month. The only reason I asked, how long, is that if it had been just a couple of days, you may have felt a little out of whack for a day and then you would be right on course again. So not to worry, you are fine.
Namaste,
You haven't messed yourself up, as you say.
We've all made mistakes with the timing of our medication, especially if you take several.
Just go back to your regular schedule and you'll be fine.
