pain

well i was wondering if having panic attacks and being stressed could make your chest hur,,, i been having this pain in the right part of my chest and it makes my right arm hurt , and i always think that im having a heart attack but i dont have that crazy chest and arm pain but that psin that gets on your nerves.. please tell me what you know or think..... can it be stress,,, can it be all in my head... can it be seriouse... ???/

Panic attacks can indeed cause chest pains.  However, many other conditions (some serious) can also cause such pains.  It is important to go to the doctor to rule out that nothing serious is causing your pains - no one on the internet can diagnose you.

iv been to the doctor thousads of times and about a month ago i was in there for 4 days becuz they thought i was bleeding in my brain , they done all kinds of test and all that i turned out to  be just fine , the  biggest scare of my life becuz im young and even more scary i have a 2 yr old little girl that i could never get sick like that  ., and about 2 rs ago even if that long i had and ekg on my heart  becuz i thought i was having a heart attack and it turned out to be stress and all that so ...who knows im always worried

Hunny it sounds like you have a bad case of anxiety( just like me) but spade is right only doctors can rule out serouse stuff. but i've been like this for 2 months now and i have chest pain everyday, i', always light headed, fuzzy and dizzy, i have crappy balance now and i have problems breathing.
