suffering from anxiety past few days




    i have never had trouble with anxiety before. I mean there would be days where I was nervous but I was always fine. ALways got over it. But the past couple of days have been kind of bad. theres days where im fine and then theres times in the day where im just a nervous wreck and just wanna cry. idk whats wrong with me. i don't know if it's because i have pretty much been indoors the past week (100 degree+ temperatures) or if there is something really wrong. when i am at work i am fine, because i'm busy and have people to talk to and i never think about it.

    how can i beat this WITHOUT medication. i know i can beat this myself, so what are good ways to stop this?

Im trying to beat it myself without meds!!  I try to exercise and eat a balanced meal.  I also have checked books out of the library that have lots of self help techniques.  Maybe this weather will cool down to where we can enjoy the outside!!  Hope this helps!!

You have ups and downs. You have trying days. But since your anxiety is not a constant thing maybe a change in habits is all you need. I find that social activities take me out of myself. Go out with friends. If you play tennis or some other sport that involves other people, spend more time doing it. Play cards or chess. Don't bet involved in solitary activities. The last thing you need is to dwell inward.
