such a stupid question, i kno.

well, last night i had diahreaa , for no reason.
i dunno why. i went 3 times.
and the last time is looked like water with like food flakes in it (worried about that)
and this morning i went and it was a log, but it was like a yellowish orangish color and had green chucks all through it.
is this normal?
for dinner lasst night, i had canolloni, and 2 helpings of salad.
...laying down.
i always eat lying down.
im scared i have colon cancer or my intestines are bleeding and i dont k no it.

I have had bowel problems . If you were bleeding you would know it. It will pass through when you go to the bathroom. your stool also depends on what you eat.Salads will put green into your stool. it probliy cleaned you out some. I would give it a day or so if it doent improve in 2-3 days go to the doctor. If you have diahrea with blood or mucus in it go to the doctor as soon as possible.

Did I read somewhere on your page that you have IBS? First off, you stating what you ate pretty much summed it up! As stated above, if you were bleeding you would know. If if was a dark tarry stool (upper G.I. bleed) or fresh red blood (lower), you most definitely would notice that and would need to go to the doctor. Another question........why do you eat laying down? That really isn't a good habit. I am sure you ok. But I am not a doctor, only a nurse. If you are really scared, go see someone.
