where 2 go???????

i am so freakin fed up with the bullcrap run-around from drs. they tell me that my prozac is now having the reverse effect on me. they say prozac, at high doses, (mine is 80mg) can do this. so what i dont get is why dont they put me on something for my panic attacks. the attacks come more and more frequently now, like 3 a day. i feel like there is no hope and that feeling causes another attack. i dont know what triggers it or why i feel the way i do. im seeing a psychologist on top of my primary. the prozac is causing me to shake REALLY bad and i have to wait another 2 weeks to even see my dr. about it? the shakes is so bad, i got pulled over by a cop and he thought i had drugs on me! it was so embarrassing! he searched my car and me and my purse. THIS IS FREAKING STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do this breathing exercise to calm you down, and it will help with the panic attacks.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

I can see that you are quite angry and frustrated, and trust me, we can all relate to that. I'm sorry that you are going through such a rough patch right now...........all of us know what that feels like.
The only suggestion I can offer is to call your doctors office and ask to speak with his nurse. Tell her what you are going through and hopefully she will find a way to squeeze you in before your scheduled appointment, or possibly she could get the doctor to call in something to help with your panic attacks until you do see him.
Also ask to be put on the cancellation list.
Please don't give up hope, even though I understand how easy that is to do. It sounds like you and your doctor need to have a very serious discussion about your meds.
Hang in there, OK? You'll make it.
Peace

Don't feel embarrassed. The cop just did his job. When I had bad depression people asked me am I on drugs, some thought I were. But I just looked like that.

When you see the doc ask him to change your meds.
