I'm still trying to figure it out 10 years later. It's a daily struggle, some days are easier than others. Meds & therapy sometimes are helpful. Putting what you learn in therapy into motion is the hard part. Keep fighting!
Thanks guess I did not think about that at the moment. Glad you mentioned it. Therapy does help alot as well, and most therapist try to help you with coping skills. I went to group therapy for the first time today, and I liked it. It is nice and relief in a way to be able to be in a group setting with others who can relate.
Along with medication, therapy can help you learn coping skills and give you a place to talk confidentially to a professional.
I think meds help me alot! Are you on any meds? I think that may be the best way to control it, but it is still not a cure. Even on meds you are still going to have some ups and downs. The meds help them to be less severe though. I don't know of any other way...
