How do I get through this manic depressed state until med works
On limtical (sp) 300mcg and am starting Litium (sp) 450mcg. How do i get through this manic depression state - i am so anxious all day and cry every night and can't sleep - this sucks it can take weeks to feel the effects of the med right? that is how it has been - i am running only to find it makes me more aggressive and i am yelling at my daughter 12 i just don't know what to do
i was stable for so long and had to go off one of the meds because it made me to sleepy at night and i couldn't get up with my 8 months old :-(
Exercise and until the meds kick in you should start feeling the meds in about 2 weeks but the full effect takes 4- 6 weeesk Hang in there and take it one day at a time.
