should my prozac be doing this

I've been on prozac (10mgs) under a week. It says to be careful because it can cause long qt symptoms (I have long QT syndrome already) and my heart since I've been taking it feels like it's racing my chest starts hurting really bad every once in  a while. If that's not bad enough. I've been having horrible diarrhea which didn't start until after taking it. Are these symptoms normal?

I was having chest pains because of Geodon and they took me off it right away.

  Some medications can cause diarrhea or other gastrointestinal side effects and there are ways to manage this. One thing to make sure of is that electrolytes are within balances. Gator aid or Pedialyte can be helpful with this. Having sudden unexplained episodes of chest pains is more of concern. Both should be discussed with your psychiatrist and keep track of when you have chest pains and if anything sets them off (emotional stress, walking faster, etc.) so you can better explain it to them.
