I love the popcorn one!!! That's great. I punch pillows but I like the popcorn one better.

Recognize that you are prone to this and when you feel even close to an episode, sit down and meditate on something that you enjoy ie maybe being by the ocean or whatever you love and find relaxing. Have a good day
I agree with ILADVOCATE. But also have a solution I came up with in my twenties when I would rage and didn't know I was bipolar.
Popcorn
Keep plastic bowls of popcorn or those plastic peanut thingies around the house. When you get really past the point and want to hit someone, something, a cupboard or your partner, resort to throwing the popcorn. Worked for me every time and soon we were able to buy full sets of dishes and glasses.

I would call them back as it sounds as if things are out of control. Also speak to someone you know. And for physical stress relief hit a pillow but make sure not to do anything destructive but if the urge cannot be suppressed call for immediate help.
