Schizo- Mania negative frame of mind

it's starting to get out of hand now and i'm becoming  more aware of it , but i am sleeping a few hrs each night, just not tonight  for some reason .
When i wake up straight away  my brain is all day racing thought's  and very stubborn and arrogant almost everything people say to me go's in one ear out the other and i feel that people are starting to think i'm rude and ignorant  and in conversation i'm not listening to what they say just as long as i say what i need to say it like my attitude or something has been changed  and i think it's affecting other's too.

Do you guy's think this will pass soon or should i call my clinical manager ? I'm going away to the coast on Monday -Wednesday with some of my therapy group i just hope nothing bad will happen .

Definitely call your clinical manager. I use to wait until it was 3 nights in a row of not sleeping very well and my thoughts changed a bit and I got "sensitive."
I usually think it's because I'm not sleeping, but my dr. told me not to wait so long. So, I just call when I couldn't sleep the night before, even when I feel it is probably nothing or I should wait and see if it continues or if I settle down. He told me to not "wait and see," because he didn't want the bipolar disorder to kick in at all.

The coast getaway sounds really nice. Going in the water or just being by the sea always makes me feel better and makes me nicely tired and calm to a good, deep sleep. However, checking in with your clinical manager before you go still sounds like a good idea to me.

Call the clinical manager.  It sounds like it's already getting out of hand.
