What's wrong with me!

Okay, I have gone from being numb and empty to this, and I don't know why! I feel so cold, distant, and I have been getting irritated more easily now than ever. I don't know what went wrong; nothing bad has happened. I was doing good, I wasn't on pills, I was sleeping for once, and now it all ended. Why am I like this? Why can't I be not like this?

Its really hard to say but depression and bipolar both have mood variances. They can occur without any outside event triggering them. But only a psychiatrist can make a diagnosis. If you could find someone who could refer you for help that might be the best thing.

Dear breakingapart,
Haven't seen another post and am a little worried. Numb and not caring is serious.
Can you get into your pdoc earlier? When I was like this, I just wanted to sleep and sleep and sleep and as long as I was sleeping I was okay.  It was the waking up and facing animals, hubby, kids, grandkids and I felt they did not care either except my husband maybe.
Please,get help.  I care that you don't care.
