Help!

I have bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADD and OCD...about a month ago I was in a manic state and for about a week I was seeing things..not really people or objects, just like black shadow moving..and hearing something that almost sounded like a baby sreaming (I have a 4mo old and it wasn't her) it would even wake me up..I see a therapist and a counselor and I haven't told either one about this. Is this something that will get worse? Should I tell my therapist at my next session or should I just wait and see if it happens again before I do anything? I just finally told my fiance about it last night. Help!

Thank you and I told my therapist. She told my to tell the Dr. and I see her tomorrow. I hope it gets better and thanks again.

I think that you should discuss this with your therapist.  It has the potential to get worse but may not.  Is still best to let your treatment team know what is going on.
No, you shouldn't wait for it to happen again.  You should let them know as soon as practically possible.
