Thx Sandy n Selma for always listening to me. Helps so much to know others care. Where I live, people have never heard of this condition. They care, but they really have no clue as to daily struggles we encounter. This world thinks if u look ok on the outside then u must feel fine on the inside. I look like anybody else so I must feel the same...but I don't. Therefore; I am expected to do as others.
I work 8-5 Mon - Fri. Gone every weekend for something. However when I can I rest. I hate to b n bed all the time, but I know my body has to have more rest than most people.
I do very well I must say. A lot of people can't even work. I also travel on vacation to Florida which is a ten hr drive. I go camping n walk the dogs. I do most activities as before, I just may suffer afterwards n need more time to recover.
My husband is a God send! I couldn't do it wo him. He does laundry n grills n cleans house a lot. I hate that for him. Im gradually doing more n more around house but laundry is hard due to bending over so much n heavy clothes. I do watch lifting too much. That's a big No No for me. About 5 lbs is my limit. When getn groceries, if a lot I have him go with me. If not, I blow the horn when n garage n he cones out n carries them n for me. I am blessed! :)
Well...u know how we Chiarians are, we r pretty good at diagnosing ourselves since we have had so many different issues n our life n even after the surgeries still issues., so I contacted my sister n law who is a Nurse Practioner n asked her about Vertigo since I was still so dizzy lying down. U suffer from major allergies, n she said rt now it is a horrible time for people w allergies. Said I may want to consider a CT Scan since it has been a yr. I must admit I haven't given myself my shots lately.I feel a lot better today. I took my anti-anxiety meds n they seemed to really help. Only worked half day today due to friends funeral. Been home n bed since got off work. Rest has helped me as well. Head pressure is easing up so the dizziness is subsiding as well.
We will c what tomorrow brings.
Thx friends!!!!!!
is it dizzy or vertigo ?
hand in hand with chiari
Well that will do it...the stress alone could , but the strain from pulling is going to git u every time too....plus, u must have been bent over to pull it...yikes...that hurts me thinking about it..... glad to hear it is on rollers now.

Yes. I lost a very good friend of mine from a motorcycle accident. Plus at work I've been pulling out my big printer under my desk n it has caused me to have pressure build up. It's now on rollers.
Head just doesn't feel rt lately. Probably stress n the pulling n tugging don't help ne.
Remember. I still work as much as I did before my three surgeries. 40 hrs per week at the hospital.
Thx! Cindy
I always had the dizziness if I moved too quickly to my left...and I once had a bout of vertigo that lasted a few weeks.
As Jen mentioned above, have u done nething diff or ate nething diff that may have triggered this new symptom for u?
"selma"
I take it this is unusual for you? Has anything changed in your lifestyle? Food, activity level, stress level, etc.
I'm always dizzy, but sometimes I'll over do it one day and be dizzy and have ridiculous headaches for a month straight...all because of one day!
Yes, it comes and goes. When my headaches are really bad, the dizziness and nausea start up. Also, sometimes after driving somewhere and parking the car, it feels like the car is still moving, so I have to double check the parking brake. Be careful!! I've missed stairs and run into walls when I'm really dizzy.
