I too have many to thank for memorial day we have a few members that have served and u all know who u are or are family of a service member....thank u to all of u .
And to those in my own family, my niece Abby is in the Navy, her sister's husband is in the Marines and their dad was also a Marine...and lastly my dad served in the Army.....
It is with pride and gratitude that I enjoy and celebrate today,,....not with a picnic,.
I would like to say thank you also! Especially to my dad and big brother who both do/did serve in the Army!
I to served in the Marines, and gladly thank the vets that is serving today may god bless you and your family for the sacrafice you make for me to be free.
Thanks to all who gave some and especially to those who gave all! If you are still serving, I pray for your safety and THANK YOU for protecting the safety of my family and me!
Thank you Frankie! My Grandfather was a United States Marine. He served in WWII, Pearl Harbor. He always said "there are 2 jobs a United States Marine just doesn't want. Kitchen duty and latrine duty. But on December 7, 1941 I was never happier to be peeling potatoes" . :) My hubby served in the Army.
