As ya all know i went back to work last mon. Only worked  3 and a half days. Went to dr this morning and he requests me off work til i see dr oro in april. Now i gotta deal with benefits rep at work to see how its gonna work?! Dr today also said the dent on my scar and sunken in part is def not right and may require a surgery to fix. Wont know anything til i go to colorado. Now im scared :(

  Agreed that u r close to answers, u need to focus on getting time off work...and what u r entitled to.

What was FMLA the last time u were out and if u have ne time left.....U get 12 weeks once they r used u have to work another yr full time  accruing another 1250 hours of time worked.

So see what was used, what is left, and how to handle it,....if u have LTD get an attny as I was denied 2x's and once it is denied u can not fight this as the ERISA law makes this a Federal case and it will cost more to fight then u would get ( this is what I was told) plus it is so new, there r not many expereinced attnys with dealing with the Erisa law

I agree, getting to Dr Oro may be the anwers and help you are looking for. Look at all you have already been through, dont be scared, you can do this!  Try not to work yourself up about all of this, the stress just messes with us and that is something you dont need! Hugs to you Sexybare, Jiggle

Don't forget Dr Oro told me sunken scar sometimes happens that's why he made plate.  That sounds like its a normal surgery result to me.  Keep your chin up he is amazing and you will get answers.
