Loose brain

I've been having that sensation that my brain is loose and just floating around in my head like many of you have talked about. So, I asked the Dr. and he said it was an aura. He said it means that a full-fledge migraine is coming on but the meds that I (all of us) am taking intervened and stopped it before going full blown. He said the floaty things that appear in your eye(s) is the same thing.

Just thought y'all would want to know!

So our floaters is part of a migraine aura?...First I heard that ....hmmm

Funny as I can have floaters and never get a HA....

And I am no longer on meds....unless I have a major problem which does not happen often .....

  Very interesting.

Maybe something natural instead of meds can also interrupt/stop a migraine?

Strange. Maybe that is true but i have been having the loose brain for ten years straight and i am not taking any meds. Even more strange, it goes away if i stand on my hands with my feet towards the wall (which i can not do anymore).

Normal migraine preventive drugs could work i guess and possibly the anti migraine combo: magnesium, q10 and vitamin b2.

It might be worth a try.

  I am on magnesium, Vit D3, B12, and multi vitamins..GERD meds...and antihistamines...not much more unless I have a major issue....I take nothing....

If/when I have an issue that I can not take ...I do try NSAIDS...it all depends on what it is....

Magnesium has worked well for me...and if u r low there are sooooo many symptoms that could be just from that....
