Horrible headache since mon morning after pt. I cant seem to get rid of it for nothing. I have slight tolerable ha everyday, but the bad ones last for days on end. Before surgery i had all the pressure non stop. After surgery ive had some less pressure, but not total relief. But since surgery my ha are daily and i get a bad one probly once every week  sometimes two weeks. They last for days and nada helps. I go see a new nl jan 4. Any ideas on what is goin on?

That's the best thing that you can do is to relax.  Wait for your appt then your'll find out more in a couple week's.  Wish you the best.  Just relax.

U should start feeling better once u rest up from all that....my Drs said no lifting, and not to raise ur arms higher then ur shoulder.....

I am shocked that they would have u doing all that not knowing if it was ok....it irks me as I know from the list of things not to do from my Dr that u should not have been doing ne of that.....

I pray u feel better soon.

I agree with Selma.  I wouldn't let no one do anything with my neck area after surgery.  Don't let any one touch your neck ecspecially if they have only worked with 1 other Chairian.  I went to PT and all they did was help me get my strentgh make.  riding a standard bike. working with arms, etc.  Nothing to do with the head.  Your still healing back there and you doing exercises are probably making it worse.

In pt i do all sorts of stretches, pushin weights with my legs, balance things that im horrible at, stretches with medicine balls lifting above my head, the one that bothers me is i get on my belly on a huge ball and lift my head up and then touch my chin to the ball, etc. I get dizzy and headaches. I just dont see how this is supposed to help when it takes me all day to recover from it?! My pt has only had one other person with chiari. They sometimes push on back of my neck and boy does it hurt. So someone please tell me how pt jelps when they dont even deal with chiari?
