Any suggestion?

I go for decompression surgery on Monday. I was just wondering if there are any special pillows I could buy to help me more comfortable.

I bought the Zipperhead Chiari Pillow. It did take several weeks to come in though because they are all handmade. It was more expensive too. But it has shredded up foam so you can mold it how you want it. It also has a zipper so you can take out some foam to make it fuller or flatter. I love mine. You can even machine wash the whole thing. Google it and see if it is something you'd like. Keep in mind though that it is upward of $70
