Hi All...lets get started...first who all wants to participate?

U do not need to tell us ur weight or how much u want to lose, but u may want to get the tracker up and running so u can track ur progress.

SO...post ur name and if u want to participate in a diet modification/exercise program for those with limitations.

    and hopefully we can support each other as we shed weight....and feel stronger with out pain : )

  Hi all...neone doing the exercises?....adding ne new ones? like taking walks or swimming?

  Do start at the top of this thread and work ur way slowly thru the exercises once u r ready, I would say u have time...right now u should be walking, and doing ur neck exercises to prevent scar tissue and the muscles from getting tight.

Deff wait till u r 4 or 5 months post op b4 u start ne of these, Or ur post op MRI when u see ur NS see if the sitting  exercises may be a place to start.

5'10 185 lbs need to lose 20 lbs.  Need to wait a little longer I think. but i am interested.

  Y not? did he say?....my Dr did not see the need and I copied info I got from the Thyroid forum here and he agreed to do it and saw a need to medicate me as well afterward.....
