Does this feeling of pressure happen while u r doing something, standing from a sitting position?....Sometimes a change in position can cause this, and
it can be a short lived issue, or an indication of something else going on,

I too am 3 yrs post op and do not have this issue, and I would suggest u go and get a MRI if this persists or gets worse by lasting longer.

Hi and welcome to the Chiari forum.

Do u mean u have pressure? I want to understand what it is u r feeling, and it is possible to have a related issue going on, or a sinus issue....

When was ur last MRI?....did u have a syrinx, or other chiari related condition?
