'Sharp Pains in you upper Chest Bone'

I was just wondering about a upper chest bone our chest plate that hurts when i cough our take deep breath.  It accured within this last year just out of no were my chest bone just started to hurt.

It may sound counterintuitive but I'd recommend finding an Upper Cervical Specialist in your area. I've helped several patients with similar complaints, using this procedure in the past. A good referral/educational site is www.UpCspine.com
