can chiropractic care help in muscle strengthning in children who have undergone DDH operation

my 5 yr old daughter has undergone operation to treat her dislocated hip which were dislocated bilaterally. Her 1 leg is still slightly loosely fit and dr has asked to strengthen the muscles and movements .
Can this chiropractic treatment help her in gaining strength in her legs?

It's easier to build a child's future than to repair an adult's past. So I think receiving chiropractic checkups is a terrific thing for all children, with or without dislocated hips.
