disc degneration with bilateral neural compromise

by jigamoo, Sep 17, 2009 08:43AM
i have  disc degeneration with bilateral neural compromise and a month ago i got a facet joint injection and epidural injection to help with my problem....

before the facet joint and epidural injections i use to have pain in my legs and back now after the treatment i have less pain in my legs but the pain in my back is worse and  behind my hips hurt too, is this normal?

3 days after treatment i started to get hot flushes and dissy spells and my doctor took a blood sample and said my white blood cells were high and i had an infection, was this infection in my back? or would the white blood cells go up anyway because of the injections??

These are questions that should be addressed to the medical physician who treated you. Chiropractors do not perform nerve injections, so I cannot comment on what is/isn't normal.
