shoulder pain

I have pain in both shoulders.  I have problems I think because of my bra and the support it has to do each day.. I feel it pull on both shoulders.  They both hurt but the right shoulder is the worse.  It seems to bother me more at nite and I can't sleep cause of the pain/ache in it.!   What could this be?  I am worried cause my husband had shoulder pain although his was the shoulder and at the top of his back, he went to a chiroprator and they immediately took x-rays and he had lung cancer.  Now I am getting all worked up here.  I did fall a couple of years ago and caught myself with both arms as I fell hard onto cement.. I might have jared the shoulders as I fell onto them.

There's no sense in getting yourself all worked up with worry. Find a good chiropractor and let them examine you. That fall certainly could have been the originating factor for the pain you're experiencing.
