I am so tired of feeling this way. I feel ill every day and i do not know why. I have all these "bad" thouts and i cant get them out of my mind. I dont even know what i am thinking of. I have done all kinds of tests but nothing ever happens. I go to a psyk. doctor and a woman that I talk to every week. i have a selfdestructive behavior. I dont want it to be there. two years ago I even slept with my boyfriends best friend.  Ihave have tried to kill my self a couple of times. I have medication for depression. I love my man so much and I do not know how much longer he will love me being this way. He dont know about hes best friend. When will this end? Why am I this way? Thank you for reading.

Dear Maria,
The information that you provided is not enough to come to a conclusive diagnosis. But it seems like you may be suffering from depression. If you continue to have suicidal thoughts, it is important that you let your Psychiatrist/ Therapist  know about it so that they can help you. Calling a crisis line or  going to a nearest Emergency  room  are other options to think of when you are losing control. I am not aware of what medication you are taking for depression. But with regular  use of antidepressants and ongoing therapy, you should be able to get control of yourself. Personality disorders can also cause self-destructive  behavior.
I would recommend that you contact  with your psychiatrist as soon as possible. This information is provided for general educational purposes only and should not replace evaluation by a physician.
Key Words:  Suicidal thoughts.
