My best friend of many years suffers from "Paranoid Personality Disorder".  He shows all of the classic signs and symptoms.  I work in the Mental Health field, so I know its distinguishable from a schizoid type disorder, since the delusions are based somewhat in reality........Anyway, can anyone suggest how I can approach him to seek treatment, without causing him to become suspicious of me?  Doea anyone know of any medications that are helpful?
