i have a friend who sometimes sound like a child when she is talking she dont realize she is doing this how can i help her thank you

Dear Barbara;
I don't have enough information about your friend's problem other than "sounding like a child" or if this is a problem. What I would suggest is to nicely ask your friend when you catch her doing "this"if she is aware of this trait. Maybe she is not even aware that she is doing it. You might want to reassure her too that you treasure her as a friend and that you are concerned others might get annoyed if she talks this way in other instances. Good Luck.
