Hi,
If it is an  acne lesion then you could apply bactericidal products containing Benzoyl peroxide which is available over-the-counter.The gel or cream containing benzoyl peroxide is rubbed, twice daily, into the pores over the affected region. Bar soaps or washes may also be used and vary from 2 to 10% in strength.

The high strengths may cause dryness, local irritation and redness. A sensible regimen may include the daily use of low-concentration (2.5%) benzoyl peroxide preparations and non-greasy moisturizers which help avoid overdrying the skin.
If it does not respond to this in 3-5 days then you can treat it with  antibiotics such as erythromycin, clindamycin ointments on the affected area. These aim to kill the bacteria that are harbored in the blocked follicles.

Seborrhoea is more of a dry, flaky rash for which shampoos containing  selenium sulfide, or zinc pyrithione can be used.
